Confidentiality agreement

It is known, acknowledged and accepted by client that all information, written, spoken, mailed, emailed or faxed under all and any cover from SFN, Inc is forever and exclusively the property of SFN, Inc. and is and will be kept strictly confidential by client.  Sharing of the aforementioned documentation or information (that being any and all information pertaining to applicants) copying, mailing, faxing, or via any other form of transmission or communication to any other party other that the client who has entered into a contract with SFN, Inc. is a direct breach of contract between SFN, Inc and the client.

In addition, the client accepts that contracting directly or indirectly in any way, or hiring by circumventing SFN, Inc., any applicant being referred to the client through services of any kind through SFN, Inc. is a direct breach of contract.  Additionally, SFN, Inc. in any litigation involving this agreement shall be entitled to recovery of all reasonable attorneys’ fees and cost incurred relating to any litigation.
