A personalized, pictorial guide of your home that has been designed and laid out with your preferences and needs in mind   It is an accurate tool at your fingertips with exact directions of how each room in your home is to be presented, cared for and run.   Each room in your home will be photographed to show the proper arrangement of furniture, rugs, artwork, pillow arrangements, floral arrangements etc... with details in writing of exactly how the room is to be cared for.   It is presented in handsome leather bound book to be referred to by the household personnel. Your manual's benefits will be ongoing.   It will reduce time in training new household personnel and eliminates questioning from existing household staff on how you wish your home to be presented.

The cost for this service is $1000.00 per every 5000 air conditioned square feet of your home.   Extra square footage will be rounded upwards to the next 5000 sq. ft.   For prices on yachts and private planes, please call our office at 305-278-9307.
