The fees are due on the very first day your new employee begins work. This fee is payable if any applicant is hired any time within the next twelve (12) months subsequent to the initial interview and is due and payable in full on the applicant's first day of employment with you. Your guarantee period begins on the same day the new employee begins work in your home. (Please call to arrange free trial dates with your favorite candidates)

Retainers are funds used by the agency to work on the family's behalf. Many hours are put in to coordinating and scheduling your interviews. We honor retainers for one calendar year starting at the date the original contract was signed. The retainer will be honered as long as the position with regard to job description, hours and pay are exactly the same as the original contract.
A $120 non-refundable retainer fee is required when you submit your family application. This retainer is non-refundable. Once you hire an applicant, you will deduct the retainer from the agency fee before you pay the balance due.
